Living room/kitchen side & bedroom side have full baths containing vanity/basin, toilet, tub/shower, hair dryer & matching towels.

Housekeeping
“Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.” Daily cleaning can be supplied at an additional cost.

1 underground parking stall and ample outdoor parking available.

Video & Sound
2 TV’s (27” & 19”), 2 VCR’s, 2 clock radio’s. The video source is cable vision.

The unit is overlooking the 1st tee box/fairway of “Quail” course at the Okanagan Golf Club. The 1st tee box of the “Bear” course is only a short pitching wedge away. Also a skyline view of mountains.

Payment & cancellation policies
50% deposit required to complete the booking. Balance due on arrival. A security deposit of $100.00 is required along with credit card imprint. No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Discuss other refunds with Owner. Currency is Canadian dollars.

No pets.

Check in/out
Check in after 2:00 pm on arrival day and check out by 10:00 am PST on departure day.

Beaches
Several Okanagan lake beaches are about a 15 minute drive.

Dining & shopping
Breakfast, lunch dinner & cocktails available at the Okanagan Golf Clubhouse only steps away. Shopping & downtown Kelowna about a 10 minute drive.

Skiing
Both Big White Ski Resort and Silver Star Ski Resort are about a 45 minute drive.
